Lee Carroll
Lee Carroll is the founder and managing member of Creek Stand Land Company, a boutique, real estate land development and property management company. The company’s mission is to raise, deploy, and manage investments to purchase bulk agricultural, recreation & timber tracts of land in relative proximity to transportation hubs & metropolitan areas, with the intent to enhance & develop wildlife habitats, amenities and hospitality to establish sporting club operations for the pleasure of its member families & value-add to its investors throughout the holding period. Management will actively monitor and balance the highest and best use of each property, along with investment returns on behalf of the portfolio.
Holding a degree from Auburn University's top-ranked McWhorter School of Building Science in Construction Management. Lee has 25 years of professional real estate development, design, and construction experience. His involvement in Bohanon Farms stems from a deep passion and a lifetime of outdoor living, property management, and agricultural exposure within the family farm and abroad; all of which support his commitment to his faith, family, friends, and fitness.
Travis
Travis Havron, the Co-founder and President of Bohanon Building Company, brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the construction industry. His journey began with a strong family legacy, as his Grandad was a tile subcontractor based in Auburn, AL, for an impressive 52 years.
Presently, Travis resides in Auburn with his family, and his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to co-found the Bohanon Building Company. Drawing from his extensive background, he is determined to leverage his years of experience to contribute to the company's growth. Under Travis's leadership, Bohanon Building Company is dedicated to providing exceptional services in light commercial new construction and remodels. With a passion for the industry and a commitment to excellence, Travis Havron is poised to guide the company toward continued success in the construction sector.
Jon Callaghan
Jon Callaghan is a member Black Bluffs Partners, LLC, an Atlanta-based private equity and consulting firm focused on sustainable, conservation-minded investments in land and timber in the southeastern United States.
Jon has spent the last 20+ years working in the banking and timberland investment space with private and institutional investors in all types of real estate investments. He has acquired, managed, and disposed of assets in nearly 20 States across the US and on several continents worldwide.
Primarily focused on return drivers to the timberland and farmland space since 2004, this has naturally led him to the evaluation and execution of many development, conservation, and other value-add disposition opportunities for a variety of landowners.
