Member Spotlight: The Jarrell Family
Introducing the Jarrell Family, a close-knit family who enjoys the outdoors and family adventures.
Meet the family:
The Jarrell Family resides in Brookhaven and Phillip is a native Atlantan. Phillip met his wife Diane while attending Florida State University and Diane is from St. Petersburg Florida. Diane and Phillip were married at Christ the King Church in Atlanta in 1997 and have (3) children, Katie (18), Ellie (17) and Trey (13).
Phillip is a Partner at Infinity Capital Partners, an investment management firm focused on alternative and non-correlated investments. In addition to her role as “Super Mom”, Diane is an active residential real estate investor and also owns/operates a handbag/accessories business, Dallas Hill Designs.
Katie graduated from Marist in 2023 and is a freshman at the University of Georgia. Ellie is a Junior at Marist and Trey is in 7th grade at Holy Innocents Episcopal School.
Katie was a cheerleader at Marist and also played lacrosse. She is currently working towards a major in Biological Engineering at UGA. Ellie is also a cheerleader at Marist, played on the JV tennis team and lacrosse. She is a member of the Marist Singers Group and Trio and continues to pursue her passion for singing and songwriting.
Trey is heavily active in athletics and we initially met Lee Carroll through NYO, where Lee was a coach for Trey’s football team. Trey continues to play both Football at HIES and Lacrosse as well as enjoys basketball at both Christ the King and the metro Church League. Trey is also on the swim team at Capital City Club and will join Dad for the occasional round of golf.
Passion for the Outdoors:
The Jarrell Family enjoys the outdoors and family “adventures”. Phillip is an avid saltwater fly fisherman and enjoys trips to the Bahamas chasing bonefish on the flats. Trey also enjoys fishing and has placed in each of the last (3) years in the Capital City Club annual fishing Rodeo. Ellie has also placed in this event in years past.
The Jarrell Family enjoy spending time at their home in Grayton Beach as well as the Blalock Lakes Club. Upon joining the Blalock Lakes Club in 2020, the Jarrell Family was introduced to a new family activity of sporting clays and riflery. Through our relationship with the Carroll Family and the Callaghan Family, we became more interested in hunting and general exploration of the land at Bohanon. We were also excited to make new friends who share these same passions and enjoy the comradery of those who have an appreciation for sport and social gatherings.
We're excited to have the Jarrell family as part of our community and look forward to sharing more of their outdoor adventures and family moments at Bohanon Farms.
