Development Update 1
At the recent partner meeting, discussions centered around moving forward with sales and development of the three phases outlined in the master plan (link to conceptual plan).
Phase 1: Plans underway to market this 256 acre parcel in two sections:
+/-(20), 5 acre home sites for development by a third party builder and/or developer.
143 acre individual farm site, with deeded access to be listed soon. Future paved road access on the eastern boundary and contiguous to our future, 300 acre hunting preserve on the western boundary!
Phase 2: Confirming internal buyer interest in our upcoming farm lot offering as the second part of the development plan. We will seek around 50% of the (15), +/-15 acre “ranchette” lots, to be reserved through our membership, friends and family networks, prior to moving the development forward or releasing lot sales to the public.
Phase 3: planning and equity options underway for the +/-300 acre hunting preserve and the upscale, outdoor “Hunter’s Pavilion” in the southern section of the property.
